1. Order Cancellation

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled unless KGBC LLC is notified within 48 hours of order submission.
  • To request a cancellation, you must contact us via the "Contact Us" page on our website or by email at kgbcllc101@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order.
  • After 48 hours, all orders are considered final.

2. No Returns Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products, including their hazardous and custom-made characteristics, returns are not accepted unless the incorrect material was shipped due to an error on our part (KGBC LLC).
  • If an error occurs, please contact us immediately using the "Contact Us" form on our website to arrange for a replacement.
  • Franchisees must report incorrect materials within 48 hours of delivery.
  • All replacement shipments will be processed promptly upon verification of the error.

3. Reporting Damaged Goods

  • It is the franchisee's responsibility to inspect all goods upon delivery.
  • If any material is found to be damaged in transit, the franchisee must:
    1. Refuse acceptance of the shipment.
    2. Alert KGBC LLC within 24 hours of the refusal using the "Contact Us" form on the KGChems.com website.
  • To assist with the freight carrier claim process, photos of the damaged goods and packaging are required.
  • KGBC LLC will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
  • Failure to inspect goods upon delivery or to report damage within the specified timeframe may result in delays or denial of claims.

4. Incorrect Materials

  • If you receive incorrect materials (e.g., wrong product or incorrect quantity), notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order using the "Contact Us" form on the KGChems.com website.
  • We will verify the error and arrange for the correct materials to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
  • KGBC LLC may provide instructions for the handling or return of the incorrect materials, depending on the situation.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued if a franchisee incorrectly places an order and contacts KGBC LLC to cancel the order before it has been fulfilled, subject to the 48-hour cancellation window described above.
  • Refunds are limited to the product cost and do not include shipping fees, HAZMAT fees, or other charges.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and issued via the original payment method.
  • KGBC LLC will notify the franchisee once the refund request has been reviewed and either approved or denied.
  • To initiate a refund request, franchisees must use the "Contact Us" form on the KGChems.com website.
